Quality Technician (Temporary – 6 Month Assignment) – Immediate Hiring

About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Technician (Temporary) to support day-to-day quality operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a 6-month assignment, with the potential for extension based on business needs.
This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a quality function who can step in quickly and contribute.
What You’ll Do
- Update and align QMS documents with the new ERP system and current processes
- Ensure document accuracy, consistency, and compliance with control requirements
Recreate inspection specification setups in the ERP system
- Follow standard procedures to ensure data accuracy and traceability
- Track progress and report completion status
- Escalate discrepancies or issues as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a quality or manufacturing environment
- Experience working in a quality function, including:
- Quality inspections and documentation
- Maintaining and updating quality records
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a plant/manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Excel; ability to analyze data is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
- Exposure to document control
- Exposure to Quality management system (QMS)
