New Wage Scale – $35.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience
Shift Differentials Available!

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

• Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.

• Schedules: Full-time, Part-time, and PRN available

Job Summary:
Aspen Meadows Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to residents, support the nursing team, and maintain professional standards in accordance with care plans and long-term care regulations.

Essential Functions:

• Supervises and coordinates nursing care for residents

• Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations

• Works collaboratively with members of the healthcare team

• Maintains standards of professional nursing practice

• Accurately documents resident care and condition changes

Qualifications:

• Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Required: Current LPN licensure in the State of Montana

• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills

• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing processes in long-term and rehabilitative care
