- Observes all safety items while performing inspections, such as PPE.
- Moves between production assignments that utilize multiple skills as needed to support production requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of AS 9100, ISO 9001, and Nadcap audit requirements a plus
- Experience performing FPI for multiple Aerospace Primes a plus
- Training and certification to a Level II FPI a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communications skills, both written and oral
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and database utilization
- Must possess US Citizenship
Summary
MAPP Technologies is seeking an Inspector to interpret blueprints and measure products for conformity against the blueprint and customer requirements. The Inspector uses a variety of measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, height gage, radius gages, fixtures, etc. The inspector will accept or reject incoming parts and write up nonconformances. The candidate will also be expected to learn and perform liquid penetrant inspection on parts.
