Overview
As a Pool Attendant, your job is to help keep the pool area clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. Pool Attendant responsibilities can include operating the front desk, running the concession stand, handling money, preparing food, and performing general cleaning tasks. You’ll also provide friendly customer service and help make sure every guest has a great experience at the pool. You MUST be at least 16 by May 2026 to be a Pool Attendant.
Main Responsibilities
Greet guests and help them with things like checking in, buying passes, or getting snacks.
Keep the pool area clean and safe, including chairs, tables, and walkways.
Take care of pool equipment and follow all safety rules.
Watch for any problems or safety issues and report them to a manager.
Answer guest questions and assist with small issues in a friendly, professional way.
Handle money for concessions, pool passes, and swimming lessons responsibly.
Preparing and selling food and drinks for the concessions stand
Help with other tasks around the pool as needed.
