Job Opportunity: Senior Project Manager (Multi-Family)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our multi-family construction operations. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of construction sites while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of our construction projects, including:
Project Lifecycle Management: Overseeing cost-effectiveness, job set-up, the construction phase, and the project close-out phase.
Team Leadership: Managing the project team and acting as a customer sponsor as needed.
Site Operations: Ensuring daily operations run smoothly and meet organizational standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities
You will be directly responsible for the project team. Your supervisory duties include:
Training team members and planning, assigning, and directing their work.
Appraising performance, rewarding or disciplining employees, and addressing complaints to resolve problems.
Ensuring all supervisory actions align with company policies and applicable laws.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Education/Experience: You possess a fourth-year college/university program certificate, or have 2–4 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of both.
Technical Skills: You are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level) and are (or will become) proficient in all aspects of the Procore project management system.
Communication: You have the ability to read and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. You can effectively present information to top management, public groups, or boards of directors, as well as respond to inquiries or complaints from customers and regulatory agencies.
Analytical Ability: You can define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.

Regularly use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, and see.
Frequently stand, walk, and sit.
