YOUR MISSION
Realize sales deals to gain visibility and credibility in local markets:
- Closely collaborate with local distributors and wholesalers to identify and realize sales deals opportunities with local professional clubs, federations, etc.
- Clubs and Federations are to be served from the inline range or with the support of the PUMA Kit Factory provided by the One Stop Shop.
- Objective is to have a strong club presence in each of the key first leagues with 2 or more of the top clubs wearing PUMA replicas. In total, a 10% market share across all professional leagues is targeted.
- Due to its contribution to the brand awareness, a lower margin can be considered for Sales Deals to fuel the business.
Build Teamwear business:
- Closely collaborate with local distributors and wholesalers to identify and realize teamwear opportunities with local amateur clubs.
- Ensure that all clubs are to be served from the Teamwear NOOS range.
Lead Teamsport Business Development:
- Support on business plans together with the local distributors and local wholesalers to achieve strong sales growth in Teamsport.
- Ensure close collaboration and market proximity by frequent market visits.
Commercialize the international sports marketing assets:
- Focus on realizing commercial opportunities which arise from these international sports marketing assets and financially maximize those partnerships.
YOUR TALENT
- Education: Business Administration, Sports Management, Sales or similar.
- At least 1 year of solid sales, Sports Marketing Business or similar experience, preferably in the Teamsport area
- High proficiency in English + French strongly valued or (at least one other language between Arabic or Russian)
