K-8 Therapeutic Learning Center Paraprofessional, ESY Program

POSITION OVERVIEW

 

Support students and teachers in small groups to maintain skills over the summer.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

 

• Facilitate student learning under direction of the classroom teacher


• Support student engagement in activities


• Provide direct instruction as planned by the classroom teacher


• Assist with coordination and preparation of materials


• Documentation of skills and/or behaviors as directed by the classroom teacher


• Other duties as assigned


• Current authorization to work in the United States by the first day of employment

 

QUALIFICATIONS-PREFERRED:

 

• Experience working with students with learning disabilities preferred

 

Schedule:

• July 6, 2026 - July 30, 2026


• 9:00 - 12:00, Monday - Thursday


• Additional day of training prior to start of program


• Additional 15 minutes per day for planning
