The Corporate Source (TCS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating and advancing employment opportunities for people with disabilities while delivering high-quality business services. In this role, you will be employed by TCS and placed on-site at a premier senior living community.
Specific Job Responsibilities (Minimum)
Direct Labor
- Clean, disinfect, and maintain resident apartments, restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors
- Remove trash and debris
- Dust furniture and fixtures
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms
- Replenish supplies
- Maintain safe and sanitary conditions
- Follow cleaning schedules
- Interact professionally with residents and staff
Administrative
- Report maintenance issues
- Monitor supply inventory
- Follow safety procedures and PPE
- Complete work within timeframes
Requirements

- Must possess a high degree of flexibility and willingness to work changing shift hours and work locations, at times with limited notice
- Must represent The Corporate Source in a professional and courteous manner and communicate constructively with supervisors and team
- Must report to your supervisor any and all physical plant problems which may bring risk to anyone or affect operations
- Must adhere to all policies and professional standards set forth by The Corporate Source, including maintaining a workplace free of harassment and discrimination

Physical Requirements
- Stand long periods
