HVAC Service Technicians Wanted – Earn Up to $150K+ | Join the Mountain Air Team

Mountain Air Mechanical, a NearU company in Arden, NC, is seeking HVAC Service Technicians. At Mountain Air Mechanical, a NearU Company, we are committed to our employees, their professional development, and their work-life balance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and components
  • Perform system installations, replacements, and upgrades
  • Provide routine maintenance services for heating and cooling systems
  • Build accurate, on-the-spot repair estimates for customers
  • Educate customers on system maintenance and recommended repairs
  • Ensure all work meets local and national HVAC codes
  • Mentor and support junior technicians
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Complete service documentation and other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
  • EPA certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor environments
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
