Location: East Fort Myers, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $26–$35/hour (based on experience) + monthly bonus potential

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities

  • Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercise programs
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs
  • Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
  • Support a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

PTA Requirements

  • Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility)
  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outpatient experience preferred (new grads welcome)
