$15,000 Sign On Bonus
The Med/Surg Charge Nurse is a self-motivated, professional registered nurse and resource person responsible for the assessment, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the delivery of safe, and effective patient-centered care. The charge nurse will facilitate and mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills. The Nurse functions in structured care settings described as geographic and/or situational environments, where the policies, and procedures for provision of healthcare are established.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Montana licensure or ability to obtain.
- Registered Nurse currently licensed to practice professional nursing by the Montana State Board of Nursing.
- Must maintain and provide documentation of professional development requirements including BLS.
- Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.
Salary is commensurate with up to 15 years of experience.
