Position: Director of Operations - Dallas
Who we are:
The Airway Dentists’ mission is to provide exceptional dental care and rid the world of sleep disordered breathing. With offices in Houston, Austin, and soon to be in Dallas, we provide orthodontic, sleep apnea, and general dentistry services. Our clinical team is led by our co-founders, Dr. Kyle Hale, Dr. Kalli Hale, and Dr. Matt Hicks. We are hiring a full-time Director of Operations to join us in redefining the standard of care in dentistry.
The ideal candidate:
Will have experience managing non-clinical operations at a large single dental office or multi-site dental group. Loves helping patients and supporting clinical teams. Candidates should be friendly, energetic, motivated, ambitious, self-starters, dependable, and organized with a cheerful attitude.

Your mission:
You are the conduit between the central team and the offices. Your mission is to make sure the offices have everything they need to be successful - especially a full, happy, highly trained staff.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
- Leading office managers and teams through thick and thin
- Local dental marketing
- HR / training / performance management
- Office finance operations
- Interacting with a leadership team
- Wants to be a COO or CEO one day
