Overview

Help support the growth of the global creator gifting programme within the global PR and Influencer team.

Location: Minimum 3 days per week at our North Acton office, maximum 2 days from home.

We are looking for candidates who can start immediately. There is also potential of the role extending to 6 months as well.

What You Will Do

• Support the growth of the global creator gifting programme across both ShopMy and LTK platforms.
• Work to KPI’s focussed on order fulfilment and compile reports to track weekly progress.
• Support global creator discovery by identifying and shortlisting relevant profiles (targeting 100+ new creators recruited to the programme per month).
• ShopMy and LTK inbox management and creator communications.
• Fulfil gifting orders in a timely manner, following processes and guidelines.
• Respond and adapt to changes in stock availability.
• Training will be provided on all platforms, workflows and best practices

• Enjoys working on administrative tasks, with strong organisational capabilities.
