Job Description

About You (Experience, Education, Skills & Accomplishments)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Certified Conga CPQ or Certified Salesforce CPQ (mandatory).
  • 8 years of Salesforce development experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms, with 3 years of experience in designing and developing solutions using Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ and Experience (Community) Cloud.
  • Proven experience supporting M&A transformation initiatives involving Sales, CPQ, Service, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Salesforce security models.

It would be good if you also have

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively within a team structure.
  • Experience supporting multiple Salesforce orgs/ecosystems and complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and complex integrations.

What You Will Be Doing in This Role

  • Collaborate with product specialists and the Development Manager to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and develop Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ, Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
  • Define development timelines, technical designs, and architectural direction in coordination with the Development Manager.
  • Guide and support developers to ensure delivery aligns with project goals, quality standards, and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, quality assurance, and performance optimization to maintain high coding standards.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to continuously enhance platform capabilities.

About the Team  

We are a Salesforce Business Technology, Application Development team that support various mission-critical business processes.
 

Hours of Work  

  • Fulltime 

  • 45 h/week- 2- 11 PM IST
