Job Description

We are hiring a Property Administrative Coordinator to serve as an operational backbone across our property management activities. This is a well-rounded role that touches tenant communication, vendor coordination, financial recordkeeping, and office administration — ideal for someone who thrives on variety and takes ownership of their work.



Responsibility Areas:



Property & Tenant Relations

  • Proactively assist the Property Manager with tenants and building management, helping to address inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property repairs, maintenance, and upkeep.
  • Assist with lease agreements, renewals, and terminations, and support tenants with lease-related questions.

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Review and validate invoices for property-related expenses, including insurance, property taxes, maintenance fees, and management fees.
  • Process payments for property-related costs and track rent collections, following up on late accounts as needed.
  • Record financial transactions related to property management (rent payments, vendor invoices, maintenance expenses) and handle general bookkeeping tasks.

Operations & Office Administration

  • Maintain accurate records for compliance and company operations.
  • Order and manage office and property-related supplies as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 0–1+ years of relevant experience in administrative coordination, property management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Self-starter with a professional demeanor and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in both English and Korean languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with property management processes or real estate administration.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

Work Hours: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
