To join this team, you must have the following requirements:  You must be licensed SW in NJ. 

Bachelor’s degree required. A Master’s degree is strongly preferred.  LCSW or CSW a must!
Experience as a social worker in a healthcare-related setting. Experience within a subacute and nursing home is strongly preferred. 
Knowledge of the rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities. 
Communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public. 

 Salary 90k to 95K
