Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Job Summary:
The CNA Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities and performance of our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) students. This role ensures that CNAs provide high-quality, compassionate care in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards. The CNA Clinical Supervisor will provide hands-on guidance, training, and mentorship to NAs, while fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment. Collaboration with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams is essential to promote resident-centered care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct supervision and leadership to NAs and clinical staff, including nurses and support personnel

  • Monitor clinical operations to ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards

  • Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide ongoing education and training

  • Assist with case management and care planning for complex patient needs

  • Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure coordinated care

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits

  • Support onboarding of new clinical staff and promote professional development

Qualifications:

  • Current RN or LPN license (as applicable to state requirements)

  • Current clinical supervisor license

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinical best practices

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
