Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary:
The CNA Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities and performance of our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) students. This role ensures that CNAs provide high-quality, compassionate care in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards. The CNA Clinical Supervisor will provide hands-on guidance, training, and mentorship to NAs, while fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment. Collaboration with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams is essential to promote resident-centered care and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct supervision and leadership to NAs and clinical staff, including nurses and support personnel
Monitor clinical operations to ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards
Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide ongoing education and training
Assist with case management and care planning for complex patient needs
Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure coordinated care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
Support onboarding of new clinical staff and promote professional development
Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license (as applicable to state requirements)
Current clinical supervisor license
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinical best practices
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
