MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School graduate or GED required, including courses in Shop, Mathematics, General Science, Plumbing, Basic Electricity 1, HVAC.
- Black seal boiler license preferred.
- At least two years of experience in the building trade.
- May travel between facilities as required and/or scheduled.
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license.
- Flu vaccination required during flu season.
