Job Description
Maintenance Mechanic - Parker at River Road - Per diem -  $21.00 hourly rate - The area's highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate community - 7:00am - 3:00pm or 1:00pm - 9:00pm (2) shifts per month as needed, including some weekends - The Maintenance mechanic will perform a variety of carpentry, painting, cleaning and elementary electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing tasks. Drives company vehicle.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School graduate or GED required, including courses in Shop, Mathematics, General Science, Plumbing, Basic Electricity 1, HVAC.
  • Black seal boiler license preferred. 
  • At least two years of experience in the building trade. 
  • May travel between facilities as required and/or scheduled. 
  • Valid New Jersey driver’s license. 
  • Flu vaccination required during flu season.
