Shifts: 7:00am-7:00pm

Location: 5837 Lyons View Pike, Knoxville TN 37919

Compensation: up to $73,000 a year


Your Role in the Organization

The primary purpose of the job position
is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the
day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Join a company

Qualifications: 

·         Must have a valid unencumbered nursing license. 

·         Must have valid CPR/BLS certification or be
willing to obtain during orientation. 

·         Valid RN license in the state of TN.

·         Essential Elements of your Job

·         Lead and support all functions related to
quality care for our residences.

·         Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing
assistants. 

·         Participate in facility surveys (inspections)
made by authorized government agencies.

·         Complete processes and paperwork related to
Admission, transfer, and discharge of our residents. 

·         Receive telephone orders from physicians and
record on the Physicians Order Form. Transcribe physician's orders to resident
charts, medication records treatment/care plans, as required.

·         Chart nurse's notes in an informative and
descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as
the resident's response to the care.
