Fuquay-Varina Health & Rehabilitation Center is committed to providing compassionate care and excellent service to our residents, families, and staff. We are currently seeking a full-time Service Ambassador to join our team as the welcoming face of our facility.
Position Summary:
The Service Ambassador will serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, staff, and callers. This role is responsible for answering and transferring phone calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and transfer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Greet and direct visitors, residents, and staff upon arrival.
Provide information and assistance as needed to residents, families, and team members.
Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
Perform light administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Prior experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility required.
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk clerk, service ambassador, or similar role strongly preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Must be flexible and reliable—Monday to Friday schedule.
Training for this role will be provided.
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time position (Monday through Friday).
