PAY: $23 - $25 per hour

OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator with strong, sign-industry specific knowledge. The ideal candidate has hands-on sign-related experience with Enroute Complete and Signlab 10.

This is a full-time position based in Orillia working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 7am- 3:30 pm with the possibility for voluntary overtime.

This role is eligible for group benefits after completing 1  month of employment and a boot allowance after completing the 3 month probationary period.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
  • Apply cut paths to 2D contours for sign-related fabrication
  • Review cut strategies
  • Create custom files from scratch based on project needs
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure timelines and quality standards are met

 QUALIFICATIONS and COMPETENCIES

  • Sign-related experience with Enroute Complete and Signlab 10 is required
  • CNC programming/operation experience
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
