Job Description
General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the operation of the restaurant which include but are not limited to, sales, staffing, scheduling, cost controls, inventory management, food safety and quality assurance, equipment and facility repair and maintenance, and adherence to all Federal, State and local regulations.
