REPORTS TO Waterbottles Production Manager
SUMMARY
The Print Press Operator is an integral role within the Water Bottle Manufacturing team. The position calls for a detail-oriented, creative problem solver who is a master team player. Successful candidates will be able to manage day to day activities effectively in a deadline driven environment. The water bottles team is a fun hard working team.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Prepare and follow instructions on customer work orders.
- Set machines up, prepare work orders and monitor product quality.
- Mask, ID and Silk screen touch ups.
- Expanding, Burn images and create new frames for silk screens.
- Flexibility and desire to be crossed trained in other areas of the manufacturing floor.
- Support water bottle management and sales team and communicate feedback.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
what you’ll need to win
- Minimum of 6months – 1 years’ mechanical experience.
- Ability to perform with minimal supervision individually or in a team setting.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to investigate and problem solve and communicate to management and Sales team.
- Must be extremely detailed, organized and excel in follow through.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25LBS
