Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit caregivers by posting job ads, screening applicants, and giving interviews.
• Employee Onboarding: Effectively onboard new hires to ensure they feel welcome and prepared for their role.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and performance reviews.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state labor laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Full-time position: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work required
