Location: Washington DC, National Guard

Position Overview

SFS is seeking a Governance Meeting Coordinator to provide support to the National Guard Bureau. This role operates in a dynamic and evolving environment, requiring adaptability to shifting missions, priorities, and organizational structures. Experience working in a Military environment is preferred.
Overview
The Governance Coordinator supports executive-level meetings and ensures smooth coordination of high-visibility events.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and secure VTCs
  • Track RSVPs and attendance
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials
  • Manage classified and unclassified documentation
  • Maintain meeting records and archives

Qualifications
  • Experience coordinating executive-level meetings
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in secure/classified environments
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Discipline required
  • Active Secret Clearance or higher required
