We are looking for a structured and proactive employee to join our project management office (PMO) to support multi-country Gender Pay Equity project on a 2‑year fixed‑term contract. In this role, you will report to the Project leader and help drive the project with project coordination & tracking, compliance activities, gathering & creating communications, and follow-up on across multiple countries and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Support coordination of the Gender Pay Equity project across countries.
Maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and documentation.
Assist with data collection, compliance preparation, and reporting materials.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action logs, and follow-up items.
Co-ordinate, prepare and communication content with all project workstreams and stakeholders
Coordinate with country focal points to ensure requirements and communication needs are met
Build and maintain a stakeholder engagement plan covering HR Leaders and partners, managers, employees, Works Councils, and business leaders
Design communication assets for different audiences
Coordinate with Internal Communications and learning & development to develop training materials, guides, and trainings
What You Bring:
Degree in business, HR, administration, or similar is preferred
A background in HR, change management, &/or project management.
Fluent English spoken & written
Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.
Initiative, persistence, and a willingness to help and support where needed
Ability to quickly form strong working relationships across diverse groups of stakeholders, team members, cultures
High attention to detail and structured working style.

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1950 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
