Job Title: Mammography Technologist

Pay Rate: $37–$43/hour (Depending on registered experience)

We are currently seeking a certified and experienced Mammography Technologist to join our imaging team. This role plays a vital part in patient care and diagnostic imaging, performing mammograms under the guidance of the Radiologist, Lead Technologist, Chief Technologist, or Technical Director.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality mammographic procedures in accordance with established protocols

  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times

  • Maintain accurate documentation of imaging and patient records

  • Adhere to state and federal regulations, including M.S.Q.A. standards

  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, radiologists, and fellow technologists

  • Remain flexible and responsive to scheduling needs and workflow priorities

  • Participate in cross-training opportunities to support departmental efficiency

  • Stay current on departmental policies, safety protocols, and certifications

  • Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment


Qualifications:

  • ARRT Registered Technologist with Mammography certification

  • Minimum of 1 year of mammography experience preferred

  • Must meet all state-specific and M.S.Q.A. training requirements

  • Current licensure and certifications must be submitted and maintained on file

  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of safety, radiation protection, and infection control procedures

  • Commitment to patient privacy and HIPAA compliance
