Position Summary
We are hiring a Documentation & Administrative Support Specialist to provide daily administrative, correspondence, and communication to support the U.S. Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Program. This role supports leadership, manages documentation workflows, coordinates meetings, and prepares reports and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and suspense tracking
- Support meetings, take notes, and track action items
- Conduct research and compile data for reports
- Coordinate official travel using USCG systems
- Support ceremonial events and protocol requirements
- Track MSAM documents, memos, agreements, training, and awards
- Support rapid-turnaround data calls
