ABOUT THE UNIT:

The Charge Nurse is responsible for unit and shift leadership: oversight & planning, directing & mentoring, staff assignments, scheduling, providing and evaluating nursing care using critical thinking, professional judgment and leadership skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Current and valid licensure as Registered Nurse Tennessee Required
• ACLS Required
• Bachelor's Nursing Preferred or Bachelor's Nursing Started within 6 months of employment Required
• Bachelor's Nursing Obtained within 24 months of starting BSN program Required
• 1 Year Related Nursing Experience in a Hospital Setting Required
