Description

The Sheraton Greensboro is looking for a dynamic, customer service driven individual for a PM Restaurant Supervisor!

This position will:

• Lead and train staff
• Foster an environment of teamwork
• Have high guest contact and spend a majority of time on the floor
• Work with both front and back of the house staff
• Handle staff scheduling
• Respond to employee and guest concerns
• Help ensure an outstanding dining experience 

Requirements

This position needs to:

• Have proven restaurant leadership experience
• Have the ability to multi task
• Thrive in a fast paced work environment
• Also have some bar experience
• Weekend availability
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation
• A passion for the restaurant business
