- Use a variety of modalities to collect and differentiate health data
- Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses
- Serve as case manager for students with health needs
- Uses current health care standards and evidence-based information to develop health care plans
- Develop individualized health care plans within general education, Section 504 and Special Education
- Identify and implement changes or modifications in the plan of care
- Ensure that health and safety are incorporated into all areas of the school environment
- Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 12:15pm
- Staff should be available for the full program period
- Pay rate in accordance with contractual agreement
