For the Finnish market, we are now looking for a Marketing Specialist based at our office in Espoo.
You will be part of our European Marketing Team, with a direct reporting line to the Head of Marketing Europe, while working closely with the local Sales organization in Finland.
This is a permanent position, starting as soon as possible by mutual agreement.
Main Purpose with the position
The Marketing Specialist Finland is responsible for executing the CCM brand and marketing strategy locally, ensuring strong market presence, consumer engagement, and sell-through performance.
The role has a strong focus on consumer activations, social media, retail execution and local market adaptation, bridging global strategy with local execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Market Execution
- Execute the local marketing plan in line with CCM’s global brand strategy
- Adapt global campaigns, product launches and messaging to the Finnish market
- Support and implement go-to-market activities for key product launches
Social Media & Content
- Manage and execute the Finnish social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Plan, publish, moderate and optimize content on a daily basis
- Collaborate with players, clubs, influencers, retailers and partners on local content and activations
- Track performance, insights and best practices to continuously improve engagement
Account & Retail Marketing
- Initiate and execute sell-through activities together with retailers and sales team
- Support in-store marketing initiatives
- Contribute to briefing Trade Marketing on local in-store needs and requirements
PR, Events & Activations
- Support local PR initiatives and brand collaborations
- Work actively with local partners to create brand visibility and drive brand awareness
- Represent CCM at events, games and retail activations (including evenings and weekends when required)
Reporting & Coordination
- Follow up on marketing activities, budgets and timelines
- Provide market feedback, insights and reporting to the Marketing team
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing
Your background:
- Experience within marketing, sales or brand activation, preferably in a consumer-facing or retail-driven environment
- Hands-on experience with social media, content creation and/or community management
- Strong customer- and consumer-centric mindset with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment offering high freedom with responsibility
- Basic understanding of marketing budgets and follow-up
- Fluent in Finnish and English; knowledge of Swedish is considered an advantage
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and digital tools
- Academic background in Marketing, Business, Communication or similar is an advantage
- Interest in hockey or sports is a strong plus
