Job Details: Hotel Pool & Beach Concierge Attendant

Reports to: Hotel General Manager & Front Office Manager

Description

As a Pool & Beach Concierge Attendant, you will curate a seamless, refined outdoor experience that reflects the elevated standards of The Sea Pines Resort at The Inn & Club at Harbour Town. This role is instrumental in delivering intuitive, anticipatory service while creating a tranquil and luxurious environment for our guests.

You will embody the principles of Forbes Travel Guide by demonstrating graciousness, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to personalized service. Every interaction should enhance the guest journey, ensuring each moment feels effortless, memorable, and distinctly tailored.

Seasonal Role: May 4, 2026 – September 4, 2026
Must have valid U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain pristine, visually appealing lounge environments, including poolside and beach seating, ensuring alignment with luxury presentation standards.
  • Provide a warm and genuine welcome, offering amenities such as fresh towels, chilled water, and thoughtful touches that elevate the guest experience.
  • Anticipate guest needs through observation and engagement, delivering personalized and intuitive service at all times.
  • Hotel Pool: Take and deliver food and beverage orders with precision and efficiency, ensuring exceptional presentation and seamless coordination with the F&B team.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of all service areas, upholding a polished and serene atmosphere throughout the day.
  • Proactively engage with guests to create memorable moments, reinforcing a strong sense of place and connection to the resort experience.
