Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Living is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant who is motivated, team-oriented, and passionate about helping residents regain strength and independence in a Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Implement individualized care plans focused on mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence

• Accurately document services and progress in Net Health

• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, nursing, and the interdisciplinary team

• Encourage and motivate residents throughout their rehabilitation journey

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Pennsylvania PTA license

• SNF/LTC experience preferred

• Strong clinical and documentation skills

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Team player who values communication and quality care
