POSITION: WORLD LANGUAGE TEACHER: Spanish and/or French
Putnam High School is seeking an innovative and motivated World Language Teacher to teach Spanish and/or French to students in grades 9�12. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality instruction, cultivate a deep appreciation for language and culture, and create a dynamic, inclusive environment that encourages students to become global citizens.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Provide high-quality, engaging instruction in Spanish and French.
? Cultivate student language proficiency and a strong appreciation for Hispanic and Francophone cultures.
? Create a dynamic, inclusive environment that encourages linguistic and cultural growth.
? Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with state and national standards.
? Collaborate with colleagues, families, and the broader school community to enrich the world language program.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• CT Certification 023: Spanish, 4-12 and/or 018: French, 4-12; or eligibility for certification required.
START DATE: 2026-2027 School year
RATE OF PAY: Based on contractual requirements
