The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for interviewing, assessing, and referring applicants for retail, clerical, administrative and management positions throughout the company.
•Retail Recruiting.
•Partners with business managers and generalists to source candidates and fill open positions with high quality talent.
•Ensures alignment of recruiting activities with business goals and objectives.
•Determines appropriate recruiting strategies based on position competencies and requirements.
•Performs targeted candidate searches; multi- channeling via employee referrals, the Internet, unsolicited resumes, social networks, cold calling, and field recruitment.
•Reviews and screens resumes, consults with district manager on candidate slates.
•Conducts phone screens and assessment interviews and facilitates candidate feedback process.
•Maintains accuracy of candidate status in the HRIS system PDS, and other reports throughout the entire recruiting process.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
Recruiting and interviewing experience is preferred.
