Job Description
The National Security Space (NSS) Stakeholder Engagement Representative is responsible for strategically planning, coordinating, and managing NSS stakeholder engagement initiatives, to enhance the overall employee experience across all the NSS sites. This position will be located in Herndon, VA and may require travel to other NSS site locations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Lead NSS and site-wide employee engagement activities across the Herndon campus and surrounding locations, partnering with local executive leadership to support site-specific events and initiatives
• Support classified engagement activities, including maintaining NSS classified SharePoint site, and supporting development of the Classified Quarterly Newsletter and classified Mission Highlights in collaboration with partner organizations
• Plan, coordinate and manage the NSS Quarterly Awards program, ensuring continuous recognition of NSS employees
• Foster open communication and connection amongst the Herndon site and the NSS Stakeholder Engagement team to collaborate on initiatives and enhance local employee experience
• Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, promoting a cohesive and positive work culture
• Implement feedback, taking action to address employee concerns and improve the work environment
• Remain adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless execution of SkE initiatives
This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI w/Poly. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $63,800 - $112,470. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
