This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies’ community offices in Gainesville, which offers beautiful natural areas, a temperate climate, and tremendous educational, cultural, and commercial opportunities. As a Leasing Specialist, you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. A Leasing Specialist is charged with creating positive experiences for potential residents, following up on leads, and closing lease agreements with those potential residents. The expectations for this role will require a candidate with unparalleled goal orientation, personal accountability, and a drive to succeed that is fueled by a ravenous curiosity to learn, lead, and grow.
