    Position Overview

    We are seeking bilingual teachers and aides to teach scholars in our ML program at various grade levels and content areas in Spanish. The ideal candidate will be committed to academic excellence and student growth, bring creativity to their instruction, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

     

     


     

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of bilingual pedagogy and planning language differentiation for multilingual learners
    • Develop and implement lesson plans that reflect student needs and curriculum goals
    • Deliver engaging and standards-based instruction
    • Establish a classroom culture that promotes learning, respect, and high expectations
    • Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and classroom activities
    • Assess and track student performance; provide feedback and intervention as needed
    • Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership
    • Participate in professional development sessions and school-wide initiatives
    • Support school events, field trips, and community-building activities
    • Complete administrative responsibilities including attendance, grading, and lesson planning
    • Adhere to all school, district, and network policies and procedures
       

     

     


     

     

    Required Qualifications

    Valid New Jersey CE, CEAS, or Standard teaching certification (or eligibility for certification)

    Valid New Jersey Bilingual/Bicultural teaching endorsement (or eligibility for certification)

    Must pass a criminal history background check

    Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field

     

     

     


     

     

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive salary range: $60,000 � $80,000, commensurate with experience
