Foxtons is offering an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Headquarters team as a Trainee Property Sourcer. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role with strong earning potential of up to £60,000 OTE, ideal for individuals looking to develop their commercial acumen and build a successful career in property.You will work alongside industry experts, enhancing your sales and negotiation skills while contributing to the continued growth of London’s leading estate agency.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with potential sellers and landlords to increase market share
- Present the value of partnering with Foxtons and advise clients on available options
- Provide guidance across residential sales, lettings, new homes, investments, and financial services
- Build and maintain a pipeline of future opportunities using Foxtons’ market-leading database
- Collaborate closely with front-office teams to ensure a seamless client journey

Location
You will be based at our award-winning Headquarters in Chiswick Business Park, a modern and vibrant working environment featuring landscaped gardens and a lake. The campus hosts regular events such as food festivals, seasonal celebrations, and sports activities.
Candidates should ideally be located within a 45-minute commute or be willing to relocate.
About You
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn from an award-winning training programme
- Ability to build rapport with old and new clients
- Adaptability when it comes to sales approach
- Passion for sales and the property industry
- Experience within a customer service and / or sales experience is desirable (particularly with phone communication)
