The Quality Technician is responsible for performing visual inspection on printed circuit boards and operating a variety of inspection and test equipment under close supervision.

Job Details
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring conformance of product quality per customer specifications.
- Perform standardized quality control checks on products (visual inspections and tests utilizing inspection/test equipment).
- Adhere to standardized operating procedures and work instructions.
- Responsible for accurate and consistent data collection and documentation completion.
- Interpret customer specifications and blueprints.
- Follows established guidelines for safe material handling and protective gear. Adheres to environmental, health and safety standards at all times.
- Maintain a clean workspace and production floor.
- Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position.

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent, Vocational Training preferred.
- Experience in Inspection, Testing equipment, or quality systems considered a plus.
Physical demands & Abilities:
- Able to work 8 hour shifts plus overtime when needed.
- Able to lift up to 44 pounds/20kg.
- Able to bend, lean, sit and/or stand for entire shift.
- High level of manual dexterity.
- Ability to operate factory machines and use software to run computer-operated machinery.

- Elevate any compliance or maintenance issues.
- Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements.
- Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards.
- Attend scheduled EH&S training program.
- Actively support the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans.
- Recommend improved EH&S practices.
