Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are the backbone of the work we do. They support people with developmental disabilities to live full and meaningful lives. They help people find a Halloween costume, celebrate a birthday, or facetime with a friend. Yes, our DSP's help people make their lunch or do their laundry. If you've never worked with a person who has a developmental disability, we will provide you with paid training. All you need is a high school diploma/GED and a valid driver's license.
