Caring Heart Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center in beautiful Philadelphia, PA is hiring for a Full Time Activities Aide.

This position includes weekends.

The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills. The Activities Aide will conduct scheduled activities to promote the physical, social, and mental well being of residents by applying experience in activities and knowledge of diagnoses and conditions of residents.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group activities

• Encourage activity involvement and chart attendance

• Assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized

• Assist with 1 on 1 activities, transport residents to and from activities

• Assist with outings and special events and other assigned duties
