Job Summary:
As a Territory Manager at Tribal Diagnostics, you will assume a leadership role in the sales organization, overseeing Account Managers in your territory. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies within your designated territory, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and the growth of our client base.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and mentor Account Managers to ensure they meet their sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive territory plans, including targeting new business opportunities and optimizing revenue from existing accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients within the territory, including healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on market trends, client needs, and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, track progress toward goals, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to Account Managers to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Lead negotiations with high-value clients, including contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and service level discussions
- Successfully participates in and supports Tribal Diagnostics' compliance program and initiatives.
