Position Overview

This is a field-engaged leadership role responsible for managing $5M+ high-end residential projects while actively overseeing jobsite execution.

You will maintain a strong presence on-site, working alongside superintendents and trade partners, while also owning financial performance, systems, and client relationships. You are the person ensuring that what is planned, communicated, and built stays fully aligned.

What Success Looks Like

Core Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Field Execution

  • Own and drive all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction through closeout
  • Maintain a consistent presence on-site to oversee day-to-day execution
  • Lead field coordination and ensure alignment between plans, schedule, and actual work in place
  • Identify and resolve issues in real time to keep projects moving forward
  • Run structured meetings with field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

Financial Ownership & Project Controls

  • Manage full project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Maintain accurate cost projections and proactively adjust based on field conditions
  • Review and approve subcontractor and vendor invoices with attention to detail
  • Lead the change order process from identification through client approval
  • Take early corrective action to protect both margin and schedule

Client & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Build trust through clear, proactive, and professional communication
  • Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and consultants to maintain alignment
  • Deliver a high-touch, detail-oriented client experience from start to finish

Field & Operations Alignment

  • Bridge the gap between jobsite execution and project systems (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
  • Ensure documentation, updates, and communication reflect actual field progress
  • Maintain organized project records and ensure processes are followed consistently
  • Support both field teams and office operations to keep projects fully aligned

Team Leadership & Accountability

  • Lead with structure, clarity, and accountability across all teams
  • Foster strong collaboration between field crews, trade partners, and internal staff
  • Set expectations and hold teams accountable to schedule, quality, and performance
  • Contribute to a culture grounded in integrity, ownership, and execution excellence

Who You Are

A hands-on, field-engaged leader who takes ownership and steps in quickly to keep work moving. Comfortable operating on-site, in client conversations, and within project systems without losing control of details.

Brings structure, discipline, and sound decision-making under pressure, along with a high standard for integrity and quality. Works collaboratively, builds trust across teams, and performs well within clear expectations and accountability structures.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $150,000 - $220,000+
  • Benefits: Full benefits package details provided during the interview process
  • Total Compensation: $220,000 - $250,000+ (performance-driven)

Compensation is tied to clear KPIs and project performance over a defined 6-12 month period.

Growth Opportunity

This role is designed to grow into a broader Construction / Production leadership position over time. The right person will not only deliver projects but also help strengthen systems, alignment, and execution across the company.
