Job Description

ESSTENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation (design, configuration, migration and testing) for the Finance function, serving as the primary liaison across Finance, IT, Operations, and external partners
  • Oversee financial data migration strategy, including data cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation to ensure integrity across legacy and new systems
  • Drive training and change management to support successful adoption and post-go live support
  • Support finance integration team in evaluating ERP solutions for newly acquired businesses
  • Drive finance process standardization, scalability, and efficiency across business units and legacy organizations, inclusive of developing and implementing SOPs and best-practice frameworks
  • Assist in the review, documentation, and implementation of PremiStar accounting and finance policies and procedures at acquired entities. This includes ensuring that businesses keep their financials in accordance with GAAP and meet platform reporting requirements
  • Participate in special projects, ad hoc analyses, and broader transformation efforts

 

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems

EXPERIENCE: 

  • 7+ years of progressive finance or accounting leadership experience
  • Strong experience leading ERP and finance transformation initiatives
  • Knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and accounting policy implementation
  • Experience with percentage-of-completion and project-based accounting strongly preferred
  • M&A integration experience required
