T-1099 Independent Contractor
We are a private practice located in Austintown, Boardman, Warren, Salem, East Liverpool, Alliance and Steubenville seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our East Liverpool location to become a part of our team!
NP will be paid 65% of services billed. Sign-On Bonus $2500
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic psychiatric illnesses while providing high quality patient care
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric examinations of patients
- Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding and compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Must be willing and able to except patience ages 5 and up
- Must be willing to and able to prescribe controlled substances
- Previous experience in mental health a must
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
Work Hybrid
- Optional for telehealth
Pay: All Nurse Practitioners are 1099 employees
