Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is hiring a Part-Time Unarmed Flex Security Officer to assist with coverage at hospitality-focused locations across the Denver area. This is a floating role, meaning assignments may change depending on staffing needs and event schedules.
Officers may be placed at hotels, venues, or other guest-oriented properties. The position suits someone who is comfortable moving between locations and can maintain a professional, service-focused approach in different environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide unarmed security coverage at assigned hospitality locations
• Maintain a visible presence to promote a safe and welcoming atmosphere
• Monitor activity and watch for safety concerns or unusual behavior
• Assist guests, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Support access control procedures based on site requirements
• Respond to incidents or disturbances using sound judgment
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports with clear details
• Communicate updates with supervisors, dispatch, and site contacts

 

Work Schedule & Conditions

• Schedule varies based on operational needs
• Work locations may change from shift to shift
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
• Assignments may include both indoor and outdoor environments

 

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Denver Guard Card
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to adjust to different work settings and expectations
• Reliable attendance and professional conduct

 

Preferred Experience

• Background in hospitality, customer service, or security
• Experience in flexible or multi-site roles
• Familiarity with report writing and basic procedures
