It takes a special professional to serve and lead as a nurse – and Plymouth Place Senior Living has some of the finest among its ranks. Our nurses provide around-the-clock care to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care. In collaboration with peer health professionals, our nurses coordinate and deliver person-centered care plans for the benefit of each individual. - New Student Loan Benefit - This is a new program for existing and new nurses with a student loan balance. Plymouth Place will directly pay quarterly to offset student loan balances. Full-time employees are eligible for up to $2,100 and Part-time employees are eligible for up to $1,000.
- Scholarship Program - Employees who have been employed with Plymouth Place for six months are eligible to apply to our Scholarship Program to further their education and career. Full-time employees are eligible for up to $2500 and Part-time employees are eligible for up to $1000.
Qualifications
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the State of Illinois.
- Minimum two years' experience in similar environment preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a large team.
