    We’re seeking an exceptional Quantum Measurement Programme Manager to spearhead high-impact initiatives within our quantum portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of quantum technologies, working at the intersection of science, policy, and international collaboration.


    As Programme Manager, you will lead the expanded Quantum Measurement Programme, a cornerstone of the National Quantum Technologies Programme (NQTP). This flagship initiative is building the test and evaluation capabilities the UK quantum industry needs to develop products with confidence, strengthen national security, and demonstrate clear value to customers, investors, and end users.

  • What We’re Looking For

    • Programme
      manager with proven experience in delivering complex programmes, ideally
      within science, engineering, or R&D environments.
    • Strong
      stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build
      confidence across diverse collaborators and stakeholders
    • Expertise
      in steering and coordinating individual projects to ensure alignment with
      programme objectives and maximise the achievement of benefits
    • Ability
      to integrate monitoring and evaluation activities into programme design to
      drive programme direction and inform decision making
    • Whilst
      MSP Practitioner qualification is desirable, proficiency in programme and
      project management techniques and getting the best out of
      multi-disciplinary teams is essential.
    • Excellent
      communication skills to convey complex ideas and drive decision-making.
